Info: Previously known as the East/West Ranch, this 430 acre preserve is a popular place to go for a walk. It is dog friendly and has vast ocean views. There
are multiple trails one might explore, however there are only two well carved trails. From the high trail, you can enjoy ocean views to the west and hilltop views to the east. The high trail is a safe place for children to run free as the land is flat and wide unlike the low trail where it is cliff side. It is not uncommon to see deer out on the ranch and whales out in the water.
